These policies explain the terms that apply to purchases of handcrafted, reusable press-on nails and related products. Review them before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

Orders are final sale unless KeepPressinOnNails sends an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged. Contact KeepPressinOnNails within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue so it can be reviewed. Resolution options, if approved, will be determined after review.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order and is separate from carrier shipping time. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, and other events outside KeepPressinOnNails’s control may affect delivery estimates. Contact KeepPressinOnNails if an order is delayed or appears to have a delivery issue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders may not be cancellable once work has started or production has begun. After the applicable window or production start, cancellation requests may be declined.

Sizing Policy

Customers are responsible for selecting and confirming their nail sizes. KeepPressinOnNails recommends purchasing a sizing kit before ordering a custom-fit set, especially for a first order. Incorrect sizing selected by the customer does not qualify as an error by KeepPressinOnNails.

Terms of Service

By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate information, review product details and sizing selections, and pay the displayed purchase price and applicable charges. Product colors, finishes, handmade details, and availability may vary. KeepPressinOnNails may decline or cancel an order when necessary and will communicate any applicable resolution.

Privacy Policy

KeepPressinOnNails uses customer information to process purchases and payments, prepare and ship orders, provide customer support, manage sizing details, and review inspiration images uploaded for custom orders. Information may be shared with service providers needed to complete these activities, such as payment processors and shipping carriers.
